Our Ambition
Our ambition is to be the prefared partner, when companies or job centres want to use mentors as a tool to achieving quicker introductions and increased retention.
We start with a dialog about goals and expectations. The cooperation can be on many levels and contain many elements - from the education of mentors to working out strategy and plans of action to set goals, means, time, and responsibility.
MENTOR Company has specialized in the following areas:
- Public and private companies – the effective introduction of new employees,
employees with a special need for support after e.g. illness, in addition to increased well-being and reduction in sick absence
- Job centre – induction and retention of socially marginalized people in the labour market
- Educational institutions – retention of students in danger of dropping out
Nationwide with a Tested Concept
MENTOR Company is nationwide company that specializes in mentor programs and the education of mentors. We educate mentors in cooperating with job centres, companies, and educational institutions. We also enter into development projects and pilot programs - as the main participant or in cooperation with others. Our concept for the education of mentors and the holding of network meetings is well documented and tested since the company as formed in 2002. Since the start more than 10.000 participants have been educated as mentors at MENTOR Company.
Targeted Mentor Courses
Mentor courses are targeted and adapted in relation to our collaborators wishes and needs. With a clear strategy, objective, and plan of action for the mentor solution the conditions for success are created.
