When a mentor program can make a difference

Mentors can make a difference regardless of whether it concerns employees in general or groups with specials needs. It may be relevant to consider a mentor program, when there is focus on:

  • Faster introduction and increased retention of
    • New employees in general, e.g. apprentices
    • Groups with special needs for support
    • Re-entry to job or education
    • Well-being and absence from sickness
    • Values and culture - e.g. in a change process
    • The spacious workplan and an organisation in development
    • Attraction of employees and a larger recruitment base - 2015!
