When a mentor program can make a difference
Mentors can make a difference regardless of whether it concerns employees in general or groups with specials needs. It may be relevant to consider a mentor program, when there is focus on:
- Faster introduction and increased retention of
- New employees in general, e.g. apprentices
- Groups with special needs for support
- Re-entry to job or education
- Well-being and absence from sickness
- Values and culture - e.g. in a change process
- The spacious workplan and an organisation in development
- Attraction of employees and a larger recruitment base - 2015!
